Haifa Economic Corporation is advancing the Medical Services Complex as a flagship project for the development of an advanced employment hub in the northern part of the city. The company is leading the initiation, planning, and promotion of the project in cooperation with the Haifa Municipality, with the aim of realizing the site’s economic potential and creating an innovative, attractive service environment for companies and residents of the surrounding area. The project represents the first phase in the broader development of Uzia Galil Park and is expected to make a significant contribution to expanding the supply of employment and service spaces in the city.
The complex is planned in a central, highly accessible location in the Check Post area and will include approximately 45,000 sq.m (485,000 sq.ft) in its first phase, with significant expansion potential in future phases. It is expected to become a major employment hub that will strengthen Haifa’s position as a leading business and technology center in northern Israel. Beyond its economic contribution, the complex is expected to define the city’s northeastern gateway and become a new urban landmark.
