Haifa Economic Corporation planned and developed the Kiryat Haim Sports Park on behalf of the Haifa Municipality, located in the open areas south of Beit Nagler in Kiryat Haim. The park was established with an investment of approximately $6.5M and spans an area of 22 acres.

The first three phases of the project have been completed and include two full-size football fields with open stands, hosting lower league matches and workplace leagues. In addition, the premier club Hapoel Haifa has adopted the stadium as its main training facility, where both the senior team and all youth divisions conduct their training sessions. Alongside these fields, two additional mini-pitch football fields with synthetic turf have been developed for public use, along with outdoor fitness facilities.

The park is located within an urban setting and serves as a green buffer between the residential neighborhoods of Kiryat Haim and the industrial areas of Haifa Bay. It emphasizes sports and active recreation, offering modern, multi-purpose facilities for all age groups. Additional sports facilities and extreme activities are currently under consideration, with a strong focus on landscape architecture that incorporates rich vegetation and greenery, in line with its role as an urban green space in the city of Haifa.
